Chevrolet has already announced to officially reveal its 2016 Chevrolet Volt at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit next week. However, the company offered a brief preview of its next generation Volt at its CES 2015 media event yesterday.
Chevrolet’s CMO Tim Mahoney offered a sneak peek at the 2016 Chevrolet Volt on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. And the media event was titled #NextGenVolt as you can see in this image.
Chevy Volt 2016 is a redesigned gasoline-electric sedan. But no such details were revealed yesterday despite a look at the next generation Volt. But some reported specs of the Chevy Volt 2016 include a 1.5-liter gasoline engine and a bigger battery.
But to get full details about the #NextGenVolt, we have to wait for another week as Chevy will fully unveil its next-generation extended range electric vehicle on January 12 at the 2015 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit.
