Victoria Beckham Says No to Fifth Child

Victoria Beckham who is known for her impeccable grace and style in the fashion industry shared some interesting family-life news with Fern Mallis for a Q&A session in New York City on Wednesday. She said that she would not be having a fifth child.

The wife of former professional footballer David Beckham herself is a businesswoman, fashion designer, model and singer. During her recent interview with Fern Mallis at New York City’s 92nd St. Y, she spoke about her feelings about being the mother of four children, ranging in age from 16 to three and laughed about not having a fifth. When asked if she will have any more children she said that she has done her bit and there is not going to be a fifth one.

The designer mom says that she is blessed to be a wife to Beckham and a mom to the wonderful children. Her eldest son named Brooklyn is 16 years old, Romeo is 12 and Cruz is 10. Meanwhile, her little baby daughter Harper is 3 years old.

She also shared her story about the time she was pregnant with Harper and said that when she had her scan they came to knew it was a baby boy but just before her due date she got a lovely surprise notifying her that it was a baby girl. Victoria added that she felt very lucky as this was a dream come true for her.

Mrs. Beckham while talking about her children said that she loves her family and Harper, her little baby girl is dad’s favorite. The Little Miss Cutie follows her brothers around in the house and as much as she is girly, she is also a tomboy, Victoria added.

While talking about her other children Ms. Beckham said that she and David try their level best to keep the children grounded and humble. Their eldest son Brooklyn has been working for two-and-a-half years on a weekend job. She further added that none of her kids have ever been spoiled, but only in terms of love from their parents. She said that she is blessed to have a family of her own and there is always laughter in the house due to the presence of her husband and kids.

The lady designer who was a former member of the Spice Girls upon being asked about her audition chuckled and said it was a very nostalgic experience. There were thousands of girls that turned up to audition for the group and she sang a song which was not the right one. The whole scene was very dramatic but it was meant to be, she added. She enjoyed massive fame from the 90s hit band.

According to her a lot of thought went into the decision of the name for the band. In the beginning it was going to be The Spicy Girls, but then they realized that there was a porn site called the Spicy Girls. They changed the name to Spice Girls because keeping it to be spicy girls would not have been good and laughed about it. She also said that she is still very close to the girls in the band.
