Paul Walker Car Driver’s Widow Sues Porsche

The widow of the driver of the car actor Paul Walker was in when the fatal accident occurred has filed a lawsuit against the Porsche Company.

The driver of the sports car Paul Walker was in when the fatal accident took place has left behind a widow who is suing the Porsche Company. Both Paul and his driver friend Roger Rodas died as a result of the terrible accident. 

The Fast and Furious movie franchise was left in a lurch. Other costars such as Vin Diesel were left bereft without the wonderful and charming Paul Walker in their lives. 

Meanwhile, the widow of Roger, Kristine Rodas has begun litigation proceedings against the car company. She claims that had the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT had a crash cage and other security facilities her husband and Paul would have emerged unscathed from the accident. 

The car was speeding at a phenomenal rate of acceleration in California when the crash took place. Paul had completed most of the shooting for Fast and Furious 7. When he died he was in his middle age.

There have been rumors that a dysfunction in the car’s suspension system led to its loss of control. It careened and struck a grove of trees. 

According to the lawsuit being brought against the Porsche Car Company, everything from the design to the manufacture and performance quality of the car were faulty. 

“The Carrera GT was unsafe for its intended use by reason of defects in its manufacture, design, testing, component and constituents, so that it would not safely serve its purpose,” states the lawsuit.

And thus, the owners of the Porsche Company were responsible for this tragedy. An unstated sum of money in damages is being sought from the company that made the vehicle. But this /4/not be the only reason for the deaths of both Roger Rodas and Paul Walker. 

The fact that the Porsche they were in was travelling at 100 miles per hour is proof that other factors were involved as well. That the means of transportation was being driven at such a speedy rate /4/have more of a role in the accident then any manufacturing faults.
