Blue Ivy’s surrogate mother /4/gain final custody of her from Beyonce and Jay Z.

While Jay Z and Beyonce are going through a rough patch, their daughter Blue Ivy /4/be claimed by her surrogate mother.

On the other hand Beyonce and her hubby along with Blue Ivy went go-karting recently. The avenue where all three spent some quality family time was K1 Speed in Torrence, California.

Jay Z and Beyonce were taking a small breather between shows of their On the Run Tour. There is even a photograph of Beyonce in a mask and her belly dancer’s torso is revealed in all its sublime sexuality.

Then there is another image of Blue Ivy being led to the go-karts by Jay Z. These pics suggest a totally different scenario from the one about the couple separating.

While Beyonce is depending on her maternal family, Jay Z is trying to be as supportive and ingratiating as possible with her. He is basically bending over backwards to woo her back into his life.

“There has been talk of divorce and it’s been really tense at times on the tour,” a source recently told E! News of the private pair.

“Beyoncé has been leaning on her mom and sister a lot since they are so close. Jay wants everything to work out and is trying to convince Beyoncé how much he does not want a divorce. It’s flowers, constant texts and telling her he loves her. He is pulling out all the stops.”

Meanwhile, as if there weren’t already too much on Beyonce’s plate, a woman by the name of Tina Seals has taken the helping hand of the law to lay a claim against Beyonce and Jay Z’s rights to being parents of their child Blue Ivy.

Tina’s contention is that she was the surrogate for Blue Ivy and that they hired her to give birth to their baby. But the real issue is that the state of New York doesn’t allow surrogacy in its precincts.

“It is entirely possible that a surrogate could come in and have some rights to a child. Even if rights were relinquished in a contract,” Matrimonial Family Expert Leslie Barbara told HollywoodLife.com.

And although Tina isn’t claiming that she alone has rights over the child, it is a fact that surrogates do have some degree of control over the children they give birth to even if these children are given away to their parents.

“Even though [surrogates] do relinquish rights, at the end of the day the surrogate can come in and make claims,” Leslie explains. “Basically, today’s families are created in many different ways. The baby business is a whole subculture.”

Tina does not have a spotless record though. She even sued the government some time back to the tune of $5 million.

And the reason behind the litigation was that the government had said that she was an absent without leave congresswoman. So it seems the odds are not exactly stacked against Beyonce and Jay Z not to mention Blue Ivy.
