The supermodel and Black beauty queen, Naomi Campbell, is to appear in a drama titled Empire sometime next year.
Lee Daniels is friends with Naomi Campbell and so he has convinced the gracefully lithe and super duper sexy model to make an appearance in the Fox-inspired hip hop drama titled Empire.
Not only is Naomi a supermodel with an attitude to match, she is an excellent screen siren and a producer to boot. And this will be a continuous role for her on the drama’s platform.
Imagine Television is making Empire in association with 20th Century Fox Television. Lee Daniels and Danny Strong created the series and also wrote the pilot. And Lee Daniels is also directing the series while executive-producers of the series are Daniels, Strong, Brian Grazer Ilene Chaiken and Francie Calfo.

Empire is basically a domestic drama that shows the universe of hip hop culture. Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard star as estranged spouses in the situational piece. The former is his ex wife while the later is the CEO of a record company.
Campbell on the other hand gets depicted as a temptress and seductress who charms and lures Bryshere Gray who is the scion of Terrence. She literally wraps him around her finger and then lets him linger.

Daniels commented that Naomi Campbell was drop dead gorgeous and that she deserved even more accolades for her acting ability. She could make the men who looked at her sizzle with desire.
“Naomi is a beautiful actress. Underrated in my mind,” said Empire’s co-creator and executive producer Lee Daniels (“Lee Daniels’ The Butler,” “Precious“). “She will be wonderful as Camilla. I am truly thrilled to have one of my close friends join us.”
Campbell meanwhile said that she would consider it a dream come true to be counted among the likes of Halle Berry, Oprah and Mo’Nique. She thought that Lee Daniels was a very talented director and couldn’t wait to be a part of his team on set.
“It’s an honor to follow in the footsteps of actresses like Halle Berry, Oprah, Gabourey Sidibe and Mo’Nique, and work with Lee Daniels,” Campbell added. “I’m looking forward to joining Lee and this amazing cast on set.”
44-year-old Campbell has already appeared on Fox Network before in the capacity of a policewoman on New York Undercover. Now with this role she will be settings hearts aflutter.
The male population cannot get enough of this Liberian Girl of sorts who has such sultry come-hither looks that her eyes send daggers into the retinas of the male gazers. Naomi has also been known to pack a tempestuous temper.
That is the secret of her high self esteem. She does not allow anyone, male or female, to treat her roughly. The very face and figure of this supermodel is recognizable all over the billboards and ads in the country.
