Pretty Little Liars’ star Shay Mitchell, plays Emily who deals with the romantic drama from time to time on set, and does not always have the best relationship. This time she is dealing with a real loss in love.
According to a report by Us Weekly, Shay Mitchell and Ryan Silverstein, have broken up after spending one year together. The couple kept its relationship very private and was quite careful about it. A few reports hit the airwaves that Mitchell might have already found a new man.
Sources have confirmed that there was tension between the couple from the very beginning, and they used to fight frequently. It was reported that Shay Mitchell is taking her break up well, and is having fun with her singlehood as an inside source confirmed. The source also added that she is not looking for anyone just yet, and is enjoying her days of freedom.
It was also reported that the actress is currently unattached, and is coping well with her breakup. A recent report shows that she did a photo shoot in Malibu, with model Gui Fedrizzi. The insider present on the scene said, that Mitchell and Fedrizzi were seen flirting all day long during the photo shoot, and even left the scene together.
The couple who had split with each other went public about their relationship last fall. Silverstein works with Drake record label OVO Sounds. He is Drake’s best friend, and works as his assistant in the record label. Silverstein was first seen in 2013, in Drake’s Started from the Bottom music video.
April this year was Mitchell’s 27th birthday, and it was celebrated by Silverstein along with Ian Harding, Ashely Benson, and Troian Bellisario. When making a toast for her birthday celebration, he said that Mitchell has made him the happiest and luckiest man alive.
The couple recently broke up. There is no news on how Silverstein is taking it, but Mitchell is at ease with their breakup. In an interview Mitchell told Bethenny Frankel in March, that she would rather kiss a girl than a random guy. She said, girls smell nice, and have cute lip balm on them too.
