Chris Rock hosted Saturday Night Live last night and Prince was the musical guest. The hashtag #PrinceOnSNL is still trending on Twitter. Fans are raving about Prince’s performance still hours after the show. Watch Prince perform on SNL below. What’s the deal with these 3 lens sunglasses?

Chris Rock is a former SNL cast member (early 90s) pushed time limits with jokes about terror attacks including Freedom Towers and Boston Marathon. Not everybody likes those jokes. His delivery of those borderline jokes is though amazing. And this is what counts. You need to be able to tell controversial jokes. Chris Rock even makes a point in his monologue that he is doing jokes some people find going to far. Watch the Chris Rock monologue below to decide for yourself. Chris Rock has a new movie with Top Five that will get a wide release on December 12. This is the 40th anniversary season of SNL. Saturday Night Live got created by Lorne Michaels and premiered on October 11, 1975. Countless comedians started out at SNL.
