The JC Penney Black Friday 2014 sale starts already at 5pm on Thanksgiving Day. This is 1 hour earlier than most other big stores have announced so far. Ialready said that Walmart will announce an earlier opening hour than 6pm this year. Now JC Penney is already anticipting this and tries to catch up with Walmart setting Black Friday trends. Walmart opened last year at 6pm while most others opened at 8pm. This year most stores open at 6pm. It is likely Walmart will move up the Black Friday 2014 start time. Walmart stores are anyway open all day Thanksgiving Day.
