Nvidia kicks off CES 2015 by announcing its New Mobile Super Chip Tegra X1 with an 8-core 64-bit ARM CPU and 256-core Maxwell GPU

With the pop-up entry of the Nvidia’s most advanced mobile processor Tegra X1 into common circulation in the world markets, things are looking up, up and away…

NVIDIA has a lot of people in a state of envy. Its latest mobile super chip Tegra X1, which is a cool and funky microchip, has within its silicon bones and sinews at least a teraflop of bullish energy.

Among the wonder works that are possible courtesy of this speed demon /4/be included: crystal clear graphics that leave you breathless, intensive learning resources and bionic vision.

The Tegra X1 is based upon NVIDIA Maxwell GPU architecture. This got showcased only a couple of months back as a solution to the globally acclaimed GeForce GTX 980. And as for the Tegra X1, it will be coming on the scene within a year. And it will form a fundamental part and parcel of NVIDIA DRIVE car computers.

DRIVE PX allows for an all round view of the surrounding environment around the vehicle. Among the lengthy list of things that /4/get made in the future are drones, bots and self-moving cars. It is a recipe for cleaner and more efficient cities with systems in them that run more smoothly.

In order to make this vision a reality, a lot of computer advancement is required. What better way of accomplishing this than by employing the services of the Tegra X1 In fact, the drive to succeed will lead to a miniaturization of supercomputers.

Among some of the technical specifications are: a 256-core GPU, 8 CPU cores, 4K video, a camera and 20 nm process.  NVIDIA is definitely a name to be reckoned with. It is the topmost computer company that churns out extremely elite class products and services.

The green with envy eye symbol that is its trademark is telling since it shows that people often envy its cultural and technological products. And as far as graphics go, it simply cannot be beat at its own game.

As the world advances towards technological singularity, there is a feeling that anything can happen anytime. And while this is a source of apprehension it also /4/be taken to be a go-ahead signal for humankind to fulfill all its wishes via the most powerful tool on the planet (capitalism).

It all depends on how humanity plays its cards in the environmental stakes. While resources /4/be renewable, pollution is what will need to be eradicated if we are to continue into the computer age and the century of the mind.
