Sony expands its full 4K home theater line-up with this new VPL-VW350ES projector that is said to deliver superior image quality to wider audiences.
Sony Electronics showcased its new full 4K VPL-VW350ES projector today. By introducing this projector Sony has expanded its home theater projector line-up. The VPL-VW350ES is Sony’s latest product that will deliver a true 4K experience and will be offering the users with four times the resolution of Full HD with a 4K native resolution of 4096 x 2160.
Toshifumi Okuda the Deputy President of Sony Electronics stated that with the company’s 4K projection expertise the company is unmatched in its ability to offer outstanding image quality. Moreover he said that the VPL-VW350ES has enabled the company to provide the users with the best home cinema experience.
Now the VPL-VW350ES basically uses Sony’s 4K SXRDTM panel technology to get its high resolution images without any compromise on deep contrast and fast motion capabilities. This new projector also uses Sony’s exclusive TRILUMINOSTM technology.
This technology is an enhanced optical engine design that provides rich color reproduction that offers pure and bold colors. Moreover this technology then works with the projector’s 1500 lumens brightness to deliver a wider color space for more vibrant tones.
The new projector has also been equipped with Motionflow picture technology which also aids in delivering clearer images when users watch sporting action. This shows that the projector has been equipped with all those features that will make it deliver the best image quality to its users.
Plus Sony has also added the latest connectivity standards to this projector through HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 which then enables users to enjoy the latest 4K content services from Sony, Amazon Instant Video and Netflix.
The new 4K projector, unveiled by Sony at CES 2015, is also said to be installation friendly as it provides added installation flexibility due to the projector’s compact size and front air exhaust cooling system. This then allows for a wide range of set up opportunities.
Sony has added a powered 2.06x zoom lens with a wide shift range to its new projector. This basically removes the requirement for additional platform extensions in ceiling mounts. A built in RF 3D transmitter makes it easy to provide further adaptability in addition to the strong wireless signal for wider coverage.
