Bragi’s The Dash Wireless Headphones And Earbuds Are The Best Wearables At CES 2015

The Munich based company Bragi has already announced that its new wireless headphones ‘The Dash’ won the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2015 Innovation Award ‘Best of Innovation’.

The jury recognized that The Dash represents one of the most impressive technologies in the headphone category this year. These new products entered in the CES 2015 are basically judged by a preeminent panel of independent industrial designers, members of the media and engineers in order to honor outstanding and impressive design and engineering in state of the art consumer electronics products across 29 products.  

Nikolaj Hviid the Founder and CEO of Bragi GmbH stated that the company is now over the moon with the response that their product is getting at the CES 2015. He stated that the competition is very tough but through their hard work they succeeded.

He further said that they are honored that the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and the industry has recognized their hard work and vision of wearable technologies. He explained that the company shared their great product innovation at the International CES 2015. 

The Dash is basically a touch control with two separate ear buds that connect to each other wirelessly with a 4GB of onboard storage. Plus the device has 3.5 hours of battery life and a self-contained media player. The music lovers out there are going to enjoy this product for sure. 

Basically The Dash wireless headphones are able to play music by connecting to one’s smartphone through Bluetooth technology and the device even has an internal storage that can save about 1000 songs.

Moreover Bragi did not stop just here and though of more ways to make its product the best out there. This is why the earbuds have been equipped with 15 sensors that can measure anything from how far and fast one has run to one’s heart and respiration rate. Due to this the earbuds are capable of giving useful feedback to users.

The company is also thinking about creating its own app as the company has also opened the platform for other developers who want to make this app for the device. Up till now nearly 2500 developers have shown interest and given the hardware the possibilities of adapting the software are extensive. 

Bargi’s The Dash is on display in the Eureka Park in Sands Expo at the CES 2015 in Las Vegas which started on 6th of January and end on the 9th of January. Moreover this award winning product by Bragi is also displayed at CES Unveiled: The Official Media Event of the International CES.
