March release looks to be certain
The past two years has seen the developers and engineers of the Apple Watch trying their hardest to see their product to hit the market. It looks now that the rumored release date of March 2015 will finally happen. Updates to the iOS 8.2 operating system that will power the Apple Watch have happened and there will also be a BlueTooth link and an app that will link the Apple Watch to an iPhone. Several blogs have also been reporting that the software that will be going with the Apple Watch is almost finished. To top off the anticipation, sources are saying that Apple employees will start special Apple Watch training beginning in February in advance of the product release.
When linking the Apple Watch to an iPhone, a setting in the BlueTooth Settings menu will allow for the link up to happen. On the iPhone, there will be a dedicated Apple Watch app. Consumers will be required to download the Apple Watch app to their iPhones and it will be there where they will download Apple Watch specific apps. Developers have also been praising this new iPhone and Apple Watch link because it will help save the battery life of the Apple Watch.
At the current time, Apple executives have not released the exact date that the Apple Watch will be released but sources are still saying that the release date is on track for March. Apple did release a statement to their employees and mentioned the training for the Apple Watch that will begin in February and that the watch will most certainly be on the market sometime in the spring.
It will certainly be a highly awaited and anticipated release as the company has spent the biggest part of the past two years getting ready for the Apple Watch release.
