The phone features 1080p resolution with Snapdragon 810 and 20.7 MP rear camera
We are expecting to see the HTC One M9 on the pre-MWC launch event which is scheduled for March 1st, however the device has been leaked prior to its official unveiling. The phone, codenamed as Hima, has been leaked in pictures by the French tech news site Nowhereelse. The device which appears in the pictures seems to be the prototype and has been obtained from a reliable source which hasn’t been named by the source site. It is being said that more pictures are expected to surface in the coming few days.
The appearance of the phone is quite similar to its predecessor, the M8, with its front-facing BoomSound speakers featured at the top as well as the bottom of the display. A front facing camera flash seems to be missing from this phone but we can’t really be sure till the real phone emerges. The rear camera however does have a dual LED flash and the M9 seems to have been freed from the Duo Camera arrangement which was introduced in 2014.
The specs of the upcoming HTC One M9 have been listed below;
• 5-inch screen with 1920 x 1080 resolution of 440ppi
• a 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor
• 3 GB RAM
• Adreno 430 graphics
• 20.7-megapixel rear camera
• 13 megapixel front facing
• Android 5.0.1 Lollipop with HTC Sense 7
