The Mercedes Super Bowl 2015 Ad was released two days ago and has been seen so far by 2 million people. This number is not giving the commercial enough credit. The Mercedes-Benz Super Bowl 2015 Ad is extremely entertaining and you have to watch it several times to see everything that is going on in the 60 second animated video. Have you spotted for instance the Mercedes Star in the center of the spider web yet?
I just spotted that while watching the behind the scenes video that Mercedes-Benz has released a couple hours ago. The video reveals how much effort went into the production of the Mercedes-Benz ad titled Fable. Fable retells the classic race between the tortoise and the hare with a twist. The commercial is a mix of awesome animated cartoon animals and real world. In the video you also see that the makers of the video also enhanced the real world footage in a way that you could not tell that its not real.
Robert Stromberg directed the Mercedes-Benz ad. Stromberg is a famous visual effects artist whose credits include Hunger Games, Pirates of the Caribbean and Games of Thrones.

The Mercedes Super Bowl 2015 commercial promotes the new AMG GT sports car. The Mercedes-AMG GT will go on sale in the US in Spring of 2016. The advanced 2016 AMG GT S will already go on sale in April of this year starting at $129,900.
The Mercedes-AMG GT S features a long list of standard features, including Nappa Leather, Keyless-GO, COMAND, Collision Prevention Assist PLUS, Parktronic, 8 Airbags, 19″ Front / 20″ Rear wheels, AMG Adaptive Suspension, LED Headlamps, Power heated/memory AMG Performance Seats, Rearview Camera, Red Brake Calipers, AMG 3-Stage ESP, and a Burmester Surround Sound System. The GT S is powered by a 4.0 bi-turbo V8 engine that features an output of 503 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque, delivering an impressive 0-60 mph time of 3.7 seconds.
