Google’s Redesigned Calendar App is Now Available for iPhone

Google has updated its calendar app for iPhone users. If you loved the app and were unable to switch your interface then this update is for you. Users who enjoyed features of the calendar app on Android, now include iPhone users who get to enjoy them too because the new calendar app has the same features as Android. 

The new updated calendar for iPhone has Google’s Material design guidelines. This new update scans your emails for upcoming flights and reservations and then it automatically adds them to your Gmail calendar. 

The updated calendar app also has Assists, schedule view and events from Gmail. Assists provides you with enhanced suggestions that save your time. Schedule view is the same blocky view of events as it was Android calendar. 

You can now download the new calendar app fo iPhone. It is still unclear when this app will be available on iPad.
