The Nextbook Ares 11 has a detachable keyboard.
E-FUN, an American consumer electronics company and major tablet supplier in the United States, is announcing the availability of its first Android 2-in-1 tablet, the Nextbook Ares 11. The tablet is now available at Walmart stores in the U.S. for $197. Sporting an 11.6-inch screen with 1,366 x 768 pixels, the Nextbook Ares 11 is a great affordable tablet for students and businesses.
The tablet is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom Z3735F processor with 1GB of memory and 64GB of onboard storage. You /4/also extend its storage up to 64GB via microSD. Other features include a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, a 2-megapixel rear-facing camera, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, miniHDMI, microUSB, and microSD ports, and a 9000mAh internal rechargeable battery.
The most likeable feature of the Nextbook Ares 11 is its detachable keyboard, akin to Microsoft’s Surface tablet or Asus’s Transformer tablets. The benefit of a detachable keyboard is portability. With it, you can use it as a laptop now and turn it into a tablet later, which is great if you’re always on the go. E-FUN unveiled this tablet at CES 2015 along with three tablets—a 10-inch version, an 8-inch LTE tablet, and an 8-inch 3G model.
