Mischa Barton sues Mother over Money

The actress, Mischa Barton has brought a lawsuit against her own mother. She claims her mom stole money from her.

Mischa Barton and her materfamilias don’t exactly see eye to eye. The Orange County starlet is bringing the long arm of the law against the woman who gave birth to her. Among the long list of complaints Mischa has against Nuala Barton are breaking promises and fraud.  

Nuala was once Mischa’s manager (momager?) and lied about the amount of money accruing to Mischa and took more than her share of the commission. According to the documents presented as proof before the court, obtained by E! News, Nuala was a greedy person who acted in a grasping manner to acquire as much profit from her daughter’s hard-earned wealth as she could. 

The tale had all the tragic makings of a guardian that hoodwinked and bamboozled her own daughter just for the sake of a few extra perks in the form of dollar bills. Mischa who is 29 years old currently, presented the facts to an LA court recently.

Furthermore, she claims that her ravenous mom has thrown her out of her Beverly Hills home which was built brick by brick from her hard-earned wealth. 

Both Mischa’s mom and dad live in her multi-million dollar mansion and she is hardly allowed to enter its main gate. What Mischa Barton wants to do now is to just get back her rightful dosh that her mother stole from her and proceed with her life in whatever manner she wants to.

What she definitely doesn’t want is to have her mother poking her nose where it doesn’t belong. According to the lawsuit details, Nuala had always harbored plans to swindle Mischa. Well, it looks like her supply of dollars and cents will be coming to an end pretty soon, now that Mischa has some solid evidence regarding her wrongdoings.
