Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton to host 50th ACM Awards on Sunday

The 50th ACM held an ‘ACM Awards Pregame Press Conference’ while Luke Bryan & Blake Shelton presided over the event.

An ACM Awards Pregame Press Conference was recently held before the 50th ACM Awards on Friday morning with the host of the ceremony Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton also present. 

The ACM executives R.A. Clark, Bob Romeo and Jack Sussman were also in attendance and they discussed the move of the award show to Texas for the Golden jubilee of the Award show. 

The panel also discussed all possible actions they could take to secure a Guinness World Records and make the event historical as the Most Attended Live Awards Show records. 

The conference went on for half an hour and the Golden jubilee event is scheduled to take place on Sunday night at AT&T Stadium in Arlington. 

The ACM awards will be hosted by Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton and both the artists are also nominated for different award categories. 

Bryan is nominated for a total of five categories which also includes his fifth consecutive Male Vocalist of the Year nomination and it will be his third consecutive year hosting the ACM. 

Shelton on the other hand also received his fifth consecutive Male Vocalist of the Year nomination and his fifth times co-hosting the ACM, along with the Vocal Event of the Year category nomination for the fourth consecutive time.

The ACM Awards will also be honoring seven artists with exclusive trophies created by the renowned Jeweller David Yurman for phenomenal success in their careers and the ACM Awards history.

The honorees include Taylor Swift, Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Kenny Chesney, Reba, George Strait and Garth Brooks, who will receive the prestigious ACM 50th Anniversary Milestone Award. Numerous country artists are set to perform at the 50th ACM Awards show including a surprise duet by Jason Aldean and Christina Aguilera.
