Swimmo is the first smartwatch just for swimmers

Did any of us ever wonder that if the smartwatches have been designed to serve as fitness bands for the most part then how come they are not qualified for a major sport which is swimming. Most of the smartwatches in the market have the water proof feature on them but it only works to a certain degree and the manager obviously doesn’t have this mind that you will be taking it along for a swim. This is no longer impossible because there is one smartwatch which has the ability to stand the immersion underwater for longer periods of time.

If you have just let out a scream from all the excitement then wait till you are a bit disappointed because the Swimmo smartwatch isn’t really an actual product till yet. It is a Kickstarter project seeking funding. The majority of the functionality of the watch is much like what all other smartwatches run on and it will have all other main functions too. The most prominent functions on the smartwatch include the ability of the device to measure the distance of your swim and your swimming pace/speed.

Features like PaceKeeper and IntensityCoach on the watch will also serve as coaches. You will always be maintaining your current pace with the PaceKeeper and with tht IntensityCoach you can keep a track of your intensity levels and will help in the heart rate functions.
