Johnny Depp has long been known for his dedication to the role and extraordinary physical transformations in movies. Some of his most notable transformations include the role of Edward Scissor-hands, Captain Jack Sparrow, Willy Wonka, Mad Hatter etc. and the list goes on.
It seems Depp is about to add another memorable role to his portfolio where he looks nothing like his original self as Whitey Bulger.
Depp can be seen in full character mode as Whitey Bulger the Irish Mobster. EW has posted first look of Johnny Depp as Whitey Bulger in Black Mass. Depp can be seen wearing a leather jacket, donning sun glasses while holding a gun.
What is really surprising about the commitment of Depp’s new appearance is the way his head is shown to be going bald to better resemble Whitey Bulger himself. The scene shows one of the most infamous incidents where Whitey Bulger murdered a man in a parking lot in broad daylight.
