Quite a few shut-outs, mostly people who joined the community from Hollywood.

The Tony Awards are always a spectacle that celebrate the latest and greatest in Broadway musicals and plays. The nominations, which were announced by Actors Bruce Willis and Mary-Louise Parker are highly sought after and reflect the opinions of the people within the community, not those who go to see the shows. That is why, this year, some of the snubs come from shows that are selling more tickets than the ones that got nominations.

One of the most notable snubs is for Harvey Weinstein’s musical Finding Neverland, which stars Kelsey Gram/3/and Matthew Morrison. Morrison, who left the stage to star on Glee, was considered a definite for getting a nomination by many fans.
