- Chris Evans is designing his schedule to fit with his Marvel commitments
Chris Evans has planned his entire schedule according to the Marvel work calendar where he will be shooting 9 months back to back in the two upcoming Marvel movies as Captain America.
Being an integral part of the Avengers, Chris Evans realizes that the role of Captain America requires a lot of his attention and time. For that purpose the actor has designed his work schedule according to the Marvel’s work schedule.
Chris admitted in an interview with Esquire that playing a role that is now known and worldwide, it becomes a top priority to give it a hundred percent and stay committed to the production schedule without hindering it.
He said that Marvel has produced such quality work that even its worst work doesn’t lack in quality. He said that a 14 hours work day seems like half when he is working with the Marvel team.
When a job has so many perks, you gotta love it and you gotta stick to it. Atleast that’s what Chris believes. After Marvel Avengers: Age of Ultron, the two part Marvel Avengers: Infinity Wars movies are already a fan speculation. Before that Captain America is yet to deliver another movie by the title Captain America: Civil War.
Chris is going to start shooting for the individual Captain America: Civil War at the start of the year of 2016. The shoot is scheduled to be finished around August. After that he will have some time which he intends to take for himself.
He expressed to do some light acting or directing in that duration before taking on the heavy production for the Avengers: Infinity Wars which is probable to last six months so that adds up to about 9 months back to back when Chris will be engaged with Marvel production for two movies.
Chris doesn’t mind though. He said that taking a part of the selfless Steve Rogers home, being great friends with Chris Hemsworth (Thor), working with great people and production like Marvel and being a lot of people worldwide certainly boost his morale to keep playing the beloved Captain America.
