Windows Phone is Now Windows 10 Mobile

Microsoft recently announced the Windows 10 editions and said that the Windows Phone will become Windows 10 Mobile.

The Windows 10 OS will be released in the summer. Microsoft took it upon themselves to tell us about the editions they will making for this OS. The company yesterday told the world through their official blog that the Windows 10 will have a

• Windows 10 Home,
• Windows 10 Mobile,
• Windows 10 Pro,
• Windows 10 Enterprise,
• Windows 10 Education and
• Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise.

The Corporate VP of Operating Systems Group at Microsoft Joe Belfiore recently said that Microsoft was on track for the summer release of the Windows for PCs. He also said that once they release the PC version of the OS, they will then release a version for the mobiles and tablets.

The company has still not given us a timeframe of the Windows 10 release. All they have said about the OS is that it will be available in 190 countries and 111 languages. The company also said that different versions of the OS have been specifically tailored for different devices families and uses.

The main version of the OS will be the Microsoft 10 Home. This version will be more consumer focused desktop edition. The Windows 10 Home edition will be available for PCs, tablets and 2 in 1 devices. The OS will feature Microsoft’s personal digital assistant.

The Windows 10 will get a new browser and the old boring Internet Explorer will be no more. Then there will be a Windows Hello face-recognition, iris and fingerprint login. The Windows 10 OS will come with universal Windows apps such Mail, Calendar, Music, Video, Maps and Photos.

The Pro edition would be available on PCs and 2 in 1 devices. It will have all of the features that have been included in the Windows 10 Home edition. This edition will have some extra features. If you are running a small business, then you would want the Windows 10 Pro edition. It has all of the required tools to run your business.
