Mama June Suing TLC for $1 Million

Mama June believes she was treated more harshly for dating a child molester by TLC and she will sue for $1 million.

Mama June or June Shannon has declared she will sue the network TLC if they don’t bring back her show’ Here Comes Honey Boo Boo’ back on air. If the network does not then Mama June will be suing the network for a whopping $1 million in damages.

According to Mama June she was treated more harshly by TLC than the ’19 Kids and Counting’ starring Duggar family. Two of TLC’s highest rated reality shows have child molestation scandals attached to them now.

Recently it came out that Josh Duggar had molested young girls as a teenager including fur of his own sisters. The scandal led to the cancellation of the reality series ’19 Kids and Counting’ but not before TLC tried to do damage control and were hesitant to pull the plug. 

While TLC pulled the plug on the show ‘Here Comes Honey Boo Boo’ as soon as they heard about Mama June’s association with a child molester. The show was cancelled by TLC just a few hours after a picture of Mama June with Mark McDaniel came online.

McDaniel is a convicted child molester who served time in prison for the offence and one of his victims had been Mama June’s own daughter but she had still started dating him. 

So Mama Junes believes the Duggar family scandal is far worse than her own appalling scandal and wants TLC to bring back the show on air. Mama June really wants the money from the show and is willing to work for the same terms as before.

Mama June’s attorney told TMZ that if they don’t hear from TLC in the next week they will be taking TLC to court. The attorney also declared he believes he can make TLC pay about $1 million in damages to Mama June.
