Corsair has announced its first gaming pc “Bulldog”
Corsair, a company that is widely known for its PC accessories, has just announced a new gaming PC. There are quite a few things that are really interesting about this gaming PC and one of the things is the name itself. Corsair has named its newly announced 4K gaming PC as Bulldog. Talking about its design, its more of a console kind of thing. As the name suggest the aggressive look of this gaming PC is definitely a head turner with a combo of red and black colors.
Looking at the specs, The Bulldog by Corsair is a DIY gaming PC that is meant for gaming in 4K so you can take a guess that it is powered by very powerful hardware. The console comes with a 600W SFX power supply and to cool down things there is a liquid cooler for the CPU and an unspecified ITX motherboard. We don’t have the details yet regarding the motherboard, but what we do know is that it will support DDR4 RAMs, USB 3.1, 7.1 audio, Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi.
Corsair has also mentioned that these Bulldogs will be coming with either NVIDIA or MSI GPUs. The Corsair Bulldog looks pretty impressive and it is clear that Corsair wants to replace the gaming consoles from the living room with the Bulldog. Though it would be interesting to see how it goes especially when the Bulldog starts at $399 and will be out in the fourth quarter.
Interestingly Corsair has also announced a Lapdog which is basically a a keyboard mouse combo design consisting of 7-inch x 11-inch mouse pad area. It features a powered USB hub for keyboard, mouse, gaming controllers, usb drives and a headset. Lapdog costs $199 which includes a keyboard too.
