Will be featured at CES 2015
The International Consumer Electronics Show 2015 is set to get get underway this week starting on Tuesday, January, 6th and running until Friday, January, 9th. One piece of technology that is certainly to garner some attention at CES 2015 is the Bass Egg. The Bass Egg is a 360 degree, non-directional sound producer which can be placed on any flat surface. It is not a speaker but actually a transducer and a conductor of vibrations. Where the traditional speaker is only able to amplify sound in one direction, the Bass Egg is able to do it in all directions which means that the volume will be louder and there will be a more rounded and consistent sound.
Bass Egg founder and CEO, Jonathan Bouchlas says that the goal of the Bass Egg ever since day one was to be able to give consumers an alternative to achieving a bigger and better sound. Bouchlas says that the innovative design of the Bass Egg is what allows it to produce sound that certainly rivals any other customary speaker. Bouchlas also says that his company will not only be showing the Bass Egg at their CES 2015 booth but another product called the VERB. The VERB has been on the market for a while now and allows for wireless playback via a BlueTooth headset. It comes with a rechargeable lithium ion battery that has up to 10 hours of battery life. The VERB is able to produce sounds of up to 100 decibels and is also praised for its wireless range.
The Bass Egg has been featured on several television shows and networks. Some of the shows that have shown the Bass Egg on their programming are Extra, The Doctors, The Queen Latifah Show, and The View. The Bass Egg has also been able to attract a huge following through social media as well.
