Bruce Jenner to sue Daily News for publishing Dress Photos

Bruce Jenner’s legal team sent ‘cease and desist’ letter to the New York Daily News for posting illegal pictures!

Bruce Jenner’s lawyer has sent the New York Daily News a cease and desist letter to remove Jenner’s pictures taken outside his Malibu mansion. In the pictures we can see Bruce Jenner wearing a long black and white dress.

The pictures were taken without Bruce’s knowledge and were published on the cover of the New York Daily News and on their official website. The lawyers have also sent the letters to the agency which took the pictures in the first place and have asked for their removal from the internet. 

Jenner’s legal team wasted no time in taking legal action and proved he will not tolerate any invasive and illegal photos. The letters demand for the pictures to be removed but if the pictures are not removed then Jenner can even sue for invasion of privacy.

The pictures showing Bruce in a striped dress and smoking a cigarette have since been removed from the New York Daily News website. 

A source told RadarOnline, “Bruce’s lawyers wasted no time in hitting back hard. They sent correspondence stating that withdrawing the images didn’t constitute his waiver of pursuing further legal action including suing for invasion of privacy. By taking immediate action, Bruce wants it known that these type of invasive and illegal photos won’t be tolerated.”

After the pictures came to light on Wednesday, a source close to Bruce Jenner revealed the former Olympian is fed of the constant invasion of his privacy and has decided to take legal action against those responsible.

According to the California’s Civil Code 1078.8 also called the Anti-Paparazzi Statute taking pictures of someone without consent with a telephoto lens on private property is illegal.

While Bruce is taking action against one newspaper another the Who magazine recently posted bikini pictures of what seems to be Bruce Jenner. In the pictures the reality star is supposedly wearing a black bikini in his Malibu house. The pictures are a part of an editorial which claims Bruce Jenner recently underwent breast surgery and wore a bikini after recovering.
