Dancing With The Stars Winners are Rumer and Val

On the DWTS 20th Season Finale, the announcement of the Mirrorball Prize winners got made. They were Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy.

It’s been over 70 days and with many performances, glitz and buff physiques that strutted, spinned and sashayed onstage, DWTS with its 20th season finale arrived with a kaboom! And it was revealed who the winner is from the many couples who got shortlisted again and again.   

It has indeed been a long and winding road filled with dust and rocky terrain that the able yet weary contestants had to traverse in the show. And the winners truly deserve the Mirrorball Prize since the effort that went into reaching the apex was no child’s play. Riker Lynch and Rumer Willis were neck to neck in the final countdown. 

The judges put their heads together and brainstormed for awhile in order to decide who the winner will be. And the votes got cast too. It turned out to be Rumer and Val. The celebrity couple’s daughter and the fit and fabulous male dancer with the difficult surname were the ones sifted from the many others. 

To think, that Rumer Willis is already celeb royalty in a way since she is the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, and now she gets to be a double celebrity by winning the DWTS 20th season finale. Unbelievable! Meanwhile, Riker Lynch and Noah Galloway ended up with the second and third slots respectively. 

Later on when Rumer’s dad, the action hero, Bruce Willis was asked the question whether he was proud of his daughter’s brilliant achievement, he answered with a smirk that he was as proud as anyone would be of having such a talented and genius daddy’s little girl.  

Rumer herself said that she couldn’t believe her ears when she heard her name being called in the end. She even thought she was being eliminated. Then the pleasant shock hit her like a full bottle of vodka that had been downed in one gulp. And she just went barmy after that. 

As for Val, he was praying deep down inside that he and Rumer should win. Then when the announcement came, he felt a wave of relief wash over him. He and Rumer had been vindicated for all the hours upon hours of skillful routines they had practiced endlessly. It seems that genius is indeed 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.
