The incredible Patti LaBelle was eliminated on DWTS last night!
Patti LaBelle was sadly eliminated on the latest episode of ‘Dancing with the Stars’. The theme on ‘DWTS’ was revealed to be Spring Break and if you think you loved Disney week then think again. Even though Patti was eliminated in the end due to the tough competition but she gave a memorable performance.
Patti moved in the quicksteps with her partner Artem Chigvintsev with grace and elegance and also added a twist to the routine when she kicked off her shoes halfway. Patti then went on to kill the routine with perfection and only one shoe.
Rumer Willis on the other hand gave an incredible performance u the judges were not as impressed as us. Rumer gave a provocative dance with her partner Val Chmerkovskiy on the song ‘Bootylicious’ and the judges thought the dance was better fitted for the bedroom than the ballroom.
However Val did apologise to Bruce Willis at the end for having led his daughter in such a routine but the partners secured a point of 32 out of 40 for their risqué routine.
Things are about to get crazy! It’s Spring Break on #DWTS, STARTING NOW!Posted by Dancing with the Stars on Monday, April 20, 2015
The most phenomenal moment of the night was during the team dance when Team Trouble comprising of Patti and Artem, Chris and Witney, Rumer and Val & Riker and Allison performed a classroom themes routine. Patti was the teacher in the routine and the performance was so effortlessly fun and entertaining the judges promptly awarded them a 39 out 40 score.
Another surprising moment was when Riker Lynch and Allison Holker performed the Samba and received the highest marks of the night a whopping 37 out of 40. Although nobody heard of Riker Lynch before his stint on ‘DWTS’ we sure have started loving him since he played funnily Jack Sparrow last week.
Spoiler Alert: we have the first interview with tonight’s elimated #DWTS couple.Posted by Dancing with the Stars on Monday, April 20, 2015
