Elon Musk tweeted that the new Tesla Roadster has almost a 400 mile range. More details of the new Tesla Roadster are going to be revealed today.

Elon Musk confirms on Twitter that the new Tesla Roadster will have almost a 400 mile range. You will be able to drive from Los Angeles to San Francisco without a stop. Tesla started their success story with the Tesla Roadster. In 2012 Tesla released the last Tesla Roadster. Since then Tesla focused on the model S and worked on other models like the Model X. Last week Tesla Motors founder Elon Musk announced in a Tweet plans to reveal details of the Roadster Update this week.

The Tesla Roadster is an awesome sports car. I have driven one years back and the silent acceleration is a big thrill. A new Tesla Roadster would be a hot selling item for Tesla again. Elon Musk had mentioned the Roadster Update already earlier this year. One of the improvements is range. The new Tesla Roadster would have a range of 400 miles, much more than the Model S.
