Innovations aimed at families with children 18 and under

Kids under the age of 18 are certainly one of the largest demographics when it comes to purchasing and knowing about the latest in consumer and electronic technologies. In recent studies it was found that kids under the age of 18 are twice as likely to buy and inquire about wearable technologies than buying a printer for their computers. Living In Digital Times will be presenting the FamilyTech Summit at the upcoming International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The FamilyTech Summit will take place at the Venetian on January 7th, 2015 as part of CES 2015 and will run from 8:30am until 5:00pm.

Robin Raskin, the director of Living In Digital Times, says that the FamilyTech Summit will bring together the latest consumer electronics aimed at families. Raskin says that families are the first ones who always look at how consumer electronics can help make the family one that can run much smoother. Another part of the FamilyTech Summit will be the Internet of Things exhibit. Here conference attendees will be able to get a firsthand look at smart appliances, remote controlled home security systems, and new wearable technologies. HearNotes, Inc, and Tricella are just two of the many companies who will be showcasing their new products at the FamilyTech Summit.

MommyTech TV will also be doing live broadcasts from the FamilyTech Summit area of CES 2015. There will be sessions taking place during the FamilyTech Summit with names such as: Is Your Smarthome too Smart?, Tech That Makes A Better You, and Making Moments Matter In A HIgh Tech World. They all will be focused on how the home and the family structure is becoming the center of consumer electronics and it is not just the office where you can find these new innovative technologies.
