The president of the Universal films studio Nick Carpou stated the entire ‘Fast & Furious’ family deserves appreciation for having carried out such committed work which made the film such a huge success.

The first ‘Fast & Furious’ film started as a small street car racing film which delved into the East Los Angeles subculture and it has gone on to become a global phenomenon, exceeding everyone’s expectations. Universal studio also thanked their international distribution partners for their work as without them such overwhelming results /4/not have been possible.

The film’s success is also largely in part due to the tragic passing away of Paul Walker in 2013 and some have even called it The Paul Walker Effect.

Universal further complimented their entire production team and shared when one of the main stars Paul Walker died the production team led by Jeff Shell and Donna Langley took everyone in consideration and made a beautiful film. Universal claimed they are honoured to have been a part of Paul’s final career performance.
