Apple’s latest tablet entry brings NFC and Force Touch support
All that hype from the launch of the Apple Watch is finally taking some downward slide and thankfully we can now focus on some other major developments from the fruit giant. Some inside sources have revealed what the iPad Pro is going to look like and we are pretty much psyched to know what our favorite tablet will have in store for us.
It is being stated by the reports that the upcoming iPad is going to be powered by the next-generation A9 CPU and will have the latest features including support for NFC, Force Touch, and USB-C connector. In addition to this USB-C connector, the iPad Pro will have another Lightning connector. These are pretty good points which serve as incentives to all the potential buyers. As for the next gen A9 chip, we were pretty much expecting that to flow into the next iPad. According to our speculations, this chip is the upgraded version of the current CPU and will also most likely be featured on the upcoming iPhone 6 successor.
With the support for NFC, we can expect the iPad Pro to serve as a terminal which can receive the Apple Pay transactions and this might also pave the way highly rumored pressure-sensitive Bluetooth stylus. Though this might become true, but it doesn’t seem practical enough that the iPad will be used for making transactions, considering its size.
