Janet Jackson Releasing First Album in 7 Years This Fall

Michael Jackson’s sister, Janet Jackson made a comeback after a seven year break. Her new album will be out this fall.

Girl, you had us starved for a single look at your pretty face! Yes, You heard right, Janet Jackson is going to be making a sudden surprise entry into the public consciousness after an absence of more than half a dozen years or so. The Black American babe with the rock-hard abs will be presenting her latest album which does not have a name yet towards the end of this year. 

Janet announced the news via her Twitter account. The CEO of BMG lauded her as a cultural force that would really shake things up on the global scene via her presence and said that BMG was glad she had chosen the record label as the purveyor of her music. 

“Janet is not just a supreme artist, she is a unique cultural force whose work resonates around the world,” BMG CEO Hartwig Masuch said in a statement. “It is an honor that she has chosen BMG to release her long-awaited new album. We look forward to collaborating with her across every platform.”

Janet has sold over 160 million albums throughout a prolific career. And though she was not as famous as her brother Michael, she was a musical sensation to be reckoned with in her own right.  As an iconic female and a pop star she influenced the Zeitgeist by contributing her bucketful. 

It was in 2008 that Janet had released her last album titled Discipline. When you see Janet, she has that characteristic cute smile on her face. She is one very talented and fit musician who brings pleasure and happiness into the lives of her many fans via the best of her voice and the accompanying dulcet notes.
