Amanda Bynes will have to live under her mother’s custody upon court’s orders.
Amanda Bynes is a famous former child star. She had a case under trial for getting herself out of her mother’s custody. Amanda had filed the case in order to get herself free from parental custody and to live on her own. Former child star tweeted few days back that she was capable of handling herself.
She also said that she had the finances for pursuing a great life and the judge should let her live on her own. Her case was pending from some time but recently the court gave its verdict in favor of her mother. Court denied Amanda’s pleas for living alone and bound her to live under her mom’s custody.
Her mother is responsible for her medical and financial decision makings. This custody will remain effective till next year in February. Amanda on the other hand had sent his lawyer Santiago to file a plea to live without custody.

The judge however, dismissed Amanda’s plea by saying that lawyer Santiago was not a lawyer that was appointed in this court so he was not eligible to represent Amanda. The Judge further said that only a court-appointed attorney was able to peruse this case. Amanda’s parents were also present in court room at that time.
Santiago said that he was representing Amanda’s case as he was the only one that she could trust these days. He said that she wanted to take charge of her financial decisions and he was representing Amanda for that.
28-year-old Amanda was shifted to psychiatric health center for the management of drug intake and some behavioral problems. She was released for a one-day hearing trail when she was considered stable to go out of that center. The troubled star’s condition was now regarded better after having received the treatment.
Upon leaving the treatment facility she was seen roaming in Los Angeles wearing a big coat and dark sunglasses. She also started using twitter when she was released for a day and updated her tweets. She insulted her parents and family lawyer in her tweets. She also said that that she wanted to show the world that she was capable of taking care of herself.

Amanda needed psychiatric help for her involuntary behaviors. She had announced her engagement to a 19-year-old boy and have accused her father of sexual abuse in past. Later on she had said that she made all those moves when a small “chip” in her head asked her to do so.
She was currently taking medication and psychiatric help from Encinas Hospital’s psychiatric facility. Her lawyer believed that she was in control of her behavior now so she should have the freedom to take care of her own decisions.
She further added through her tweets that she wanted to show the “real Amanda” to whole world. She said that she did not need any body to take care of herself.
