Kanye West & Lana Del Rey appear with Lucian Grainge on Billboard Power 100 Issue Cover

Lucian Grainge tops the Billboard power 100 list and graces the cover of the magazine alongside Kaye West and Lana Del Ray!

Every year around this time Billboard reveals a list of its top power house executives. Well the time is here for 2015; the list and the magazine cover have both been revealed.  According to the list Lucian Grainge, the CEO of Universal Music group is the ruler in the music industry. Grainge landed the second position last year in the Billboard power 100 list, but this year he has been dubbed the all-reigning King of music. Grainge has constantly been grabbing substantial market share in the music biz and his forward thinking approach to music has landed him the top spot. 

In a surprising turn of event about 31 first time executives were included in the list due to their ground breaking style of music which is innovation itself. The runner up on the list for 2015 is Michael Rapino and the 3rd spot was snagged by Irving Azoff. 

In addition to landing the top spot on the power 100 list Lucian Grainge also appeared on the cover of the power issue and accompanying him the cover are Lana Del Ray and Kanye West. The threesome is dressed in all black with Lana and Kanye posing with intense faces, while the leading music executive stares into the camera with a slight smile.

Other than adorning the cover of the Power 100 issue of Billboard, Mr. West has been relatively busy with other venture. Kanye recently came up with a cryptic site called ‘yeezy.supply’ that showcases a timer and some indistinguishable footage of stairs and a place resembling a garage. The site is a launch platform and counts down the moment when Kanye will release his new collection of sneakers in collaboration with Adidas. Kanye is expected to reveal his collection during the New York Fashion week on the 12th of February. The collection has been justly titled as the YEEZi 3 sneakers.
