Kim and Kourtney Kardashians’ Response to KUWTK: About Bruce

Kim, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashians’ response to the KUWTK episode with Bruce Jenner in it was mixed.

The first episode of KUWTK with Bruce Jenner in it was an emotional rollercoaster ride alright. Many of the Kardashians frequented Twitter to write down their responses to how they found patriarch Bruce Jenner after his transformation from a man into a woman.

Bruce has been reluctant despite his sex change operation regarding the switchover of his name and addressing style from male to female. Khloe said that her father was so brave and resolute. She said that she loved him. She also spoke of how her sister Kim had handled the shocking change with dignity and maturity. She was proud of her sister for being so prudent and not losing her poise. 

While the first part of E!’s About Bruce has appeared, the second part is yet to come tomorrow. Kim meanwhile said that it sure must have been a task for Bruce to have come in front of the camera’s lens and told his story. Kim spoke regarding her mom and how she must have faced a hurdle after learning of Bruce’s reality.

But Kim was also content in the fact that Bruce had come out of the closet. In a way it was such a relief. Kourtney on the other hand added her two cents worth of wisdom by saying that it was good to share their feelings as a family. She said that they were all God’s creatures and it was better to allow God to be the ultimate judge instead of being judgmental human beings.

In KUWTK: About Bruce, the paterfamilias sat down with Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie and they talked through the issues they all faced regarding Bruce’s transition. At one point Bruce actually started sobbing and said that there was no easy or correct way to say all this. 

There were times during the show when the members of the Kardashian clan sat down and talked it out with Bruce on an individual basis. These were indeed poignant moments. Kendall said at one point that she didn’t want anyone to badmouth Bruce since he was the greatest person she had ever known. 

There came a crisis nexus during the show when Bruce said that he was only concerned about how Kylie and Kendall would take it. At this Khloe’s feelings were really hurt and she said that she had known Bruce longer than Kendall and Kylie and when he said such a thing it was very painful indeed.
