Kristen Stewart appears on Harper’s Bazaar June Cover

Kristen Stewart gives an honest opinion about fame and explores her girlie side in the June issue of Harpers Bazaar magazine

Kristen Stewart met stellar fame with the Twilight saga even though she had been acting since she was 9 years old. The nervous teen turned vampire Bella Swan role and her real and reel life relationship with Robert Pattinson subjected her to worldwide media scrutiny.

She was criticized for living her life. She said that she was scared while she was on the red carpet and premieres. She would be shaking and sweating but she would pull it all together and be calm and preserved somehow. It exhausted her and she felt out of control.

She said that ‘fame is the worst kind of thing that could happen especially if it’s pointless’. According to her most people would want fame so they’ll have to do nothing more but that’s the worst thing that could happen to anyone. She said that she took a step back and let things go a little. She let the people talk and made her own choices to live her own life as it was and it worked for her.

In the interview with Harper’s Bazaar, she also talked about her fashion experience. Being famous faced her up with the good and bad sides of the fashion world. Being the face of a world famous saga puts you up with photoshoots and photo ops and all that and there were people who were facists and generally not very nice. In those times, she also found some better people that inspired her. Chanel and Karl Lagerfeld inspired her and really improved her own fashion sense. 

Her own stand against media scrutiny helped her to star in the Clouds of Sils Maria directed and written by Olivier Assayas along with Juliette Binoche and Chloe Grace Moretz. Kristen plays the role of Valentine who has to protect her boss and actress Maria Enders from the paparazzi. Kristen said that she liked to play the mature and secondary role and it gave her a lot of ironic perspective. 

Embracing her girlie side, the magazine photo shoot features her in some beautiful Chanel dresses, in light and dark tones and embellished, Kristen looks one for the taking with her casual and easy going style and her charm.
