Successor to Meizu m1 is on its way.
Despite the Meizu m1 Note being a relatively fresh device, the smartphone industry does not know the meaning of slowing down, with the speculation regarding the its successor already starting to heat up. The successor, namely the Meizu ‘m1 note2’ will be the phablet that ends the trend of the awkward power button placement on Meizu devices. Traditionally, Meizu devices have their power button placement on the top side of the device. This was not much of an issue initially.
But with recent trends of big displays, the power button placement on the top did pose some hinderance when it came to usability. The Meizu M1 note2 puts an end to these issues with a new button placement that has now been shifted to side, below the volume rocker. Apart from the new power button placement, the overall design of the unibody handset is fairly similar. Speculations for the upcoming Meizu m1 note2 so far include a 5.5” 1080p display and the possibility of a fingerprint sensor on board. The details are scarce at the moment, but according to some rumors, we might be seeing this handset in action on the June 2 conference.
Till then, we expect a lot more rumors to come in hot in the coming days, so stay tuned!
