Microsoft will release Office 2016 Later This Year

Microsoft has announced its touch-optimized version of Office, namely Office 2016, for Windows 10 to allow the people and organization to attain more in their quest. The Office team has a goal to introduce fantastic and unmatched productivity of Office for everyone and ensure that it arrives on every device. The mission of the Microsoft team is to provide the mobile optimized versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote and Outlook for Windows 10 by the middle of this year.

A new Office app namely “universal” Office app, for small phones and tablets running on Windows 10, will be pre-installed for free. It is designed on the basis of touch & mobile and works very beautifully. In the coming week, Windows 10 Technical Preview of Office universal apps will be available and some other applications will also be launched later this year. There will be more in the next month for Office 2016 and it is expected to launch the software in the second half of this year.

The mobile optimized Word app for Windows 10 allows the creating, editing, reviewing, and marking up of documents. The touch optimized PowerPoint app for Windows 10 allows you to create and edit attractive presentations. Another feature called Ink Tools is there to highlight the stuff on your slides in real time for thorough understanding by your audience.

The touch optimized OneNote app for Windows 10 helps you to capture all your ideas, thoughts on OneNote for Windows 10 and also makes it easier to share the stuff with your friends, classmates and colleagues. These amazing features are only available in Office 2016 and make things easier for the user.

The experience with the optimized Outlook Mail app for Windows 10, is quite helpful. It is more so than the previous version and allows you to create and edit mails in a much easier form than previous versions of Office Outlook Mail. Other features are read, sort, flag and archiving your mail. You can also insert pictures, tables, and use colors and bullets.
