Nikki Bella and John Cena are not Engaged yet

Total Divas stars John Cena and Nikki Bella have not been spotted wearing an engagement ring yet despite reports of their engagement.

John Cena really loves Nikki Bella. He does not want to lose her. At first, he was not ready to get married or have kids. And he told this to Nikki too. But after some time, John changed his mind and asked Nikki to marry him.

The Reality TV show Total Divas shows the personal life details of Nikki Bella and John Cena. Currently, season 3 of Total Divas, a show that depicts personal lives of WWE stars, is airing on E!Network. Three episodes of season 3 have been aired until now.

Total Divas has shown the relationship of John Cena and Nikki Bella starting from season 1. And the couple’s relationship was not that easy and smooth. At first, they had to deal with Nikki’s first marriage which was kept a secret. 

But John Cena accepted it towards the end and their relationship continued. But another breaking point came when John Cena told Nikki that he never wanted to become a family man. He had no wish to get married or to have kids in his life. However, Nikki did not break up with Cena over this.

We have seen all these things during the past two seasons of Total Divas. This summer, Nikki Bella and John Cena started living together. “There’s nothing better than to wake up next to the person you love every morning,” Nikki said in a recent interview.

In Total Divas season 3, the couple had to deal with the question of having kids. As in the premiere of this season John asked Nikki a “completely hypothetical question.” He asked her, “Let’s just say, I were to ask you to marry me, and we get married. Is that enough?”

“That’s not something you can just answer,” Nikki replied. It has always been difficult for Nikki to leave her desire of becoming mother. Every woman wants to become a mother. Same is the case with Nikki. She wants to have her own kids. 

However, Nikki loves Cena too. So it’s become difficult for Nikki to decide. She talked with her twin sister Brie about this issue. Finally, she decided in favor of John. She thinks that John’s asking her to marry him is a positive sign. That is because in the beginning, John did not even want to get married.

“For him to even ask me the question about marriage just shows you that he’s changing,” she said. And she might be hoping that John would change his decision regarding not having kids in the future just like he changed his decision about marriage.

And Nikki’s thought proved to be correct later on. John came to know during last week’s episode that Nikki was going to freeze her eggs for the time John will be staying reluctant on his decision of not having kids with her.

When John came to know this, he felt fear of losing Nikki. “It just occurred to me that I /4/lose you one day,” John told her. And he also told her that he never wanted to lose her. He loves her so much. Nikki became happy on this and she agreed to stop the process of having her eggs frozen.

But she can not stand by on her decision. She later told John that it became hard for her to mitigate the desire of becoming a mother. She told John that her mind changed after playing with her nieces and nephews, and now she will not stop the process of freezing those eggs of hers.

Seeing her strong wish, John changed his mind. He decided that he will support her and he will even take care of Nikki during the recovery process after the procedure. 

Lots of things are going on in Nikki Bella and John Cena’s relationship. It is always a changing relationship. But the couple has not been wearing any engagement rings, despite Cena’s marriage proposal to Nikki.

The couple has yet to announce their engagement officially. They might be holding off the announcement to give another surprise to their fans since reality shows always need surprises. So, we are hoping to get official confirmation of their engagement soon. Best of luck! Nikki and Cena!
