Samsung has begun the mass manufacturing of its novel mobile DRAM which will be the industry’s first 8-Gigabit LPDDR4 mobile DRAM.
Samsung is on to a new venture. Samsung has announced that it is mass producing the first ever 8 Gigabit, low energy, twice-the-data, rate 4 mobile DRAM. All this is situated on its 20 nanometer based technological prowess.
This is a super quick, dense, mobile memory system that will open the floodgates to an era of 4GB mobile DRAM. Mobile phones will be responding to signals with alacrity from now onwards.
This novel adventure by Sansung in invention will surely benefit the extant memory of mobiles throughout the global village. The 20 nanometer is even more speedier than DRAM for personal computers and servers.
The amount of power consumed is very small in quantity. All this will lead to the production of UHD. Samsung will cooperate with the world’s mobile gadget makers for the making of DRAM solutions.
The novel 8GB device is twice as good as the 4GB one. Samsung has also won a prestigious award in connection with this. In fact, it is the only company that has won such awards for a record time period of three years in a row.
The first time was in 2013 and the second time was this year. Now the 2015 award is also being given to Samsung for its DRAM technology.
The voltage on the device was reduced considerably. Upto 40% power can be saved on an 8GB device. This is in contrast to a 4GB device. This device beats the rest hands down.
It has such good qualities that it cannot be compared to the other ordinary run of the mill devices. It is something completely new and nifty in its features and functions.
Truly, the words “form follows function” rings true here. The highest workmanship along with the most intricate attention to detail ensured that Samsung did this in conjunction with a little help from its friends.

With the right tools and resources, Samsung plans ahead to set its wheels of production, distribution and consumption into motion. Each product and service has value and contributes to the ever flowing tributary that is human evolution and progress. Ultimately, DRAM mobile technology will be Samsung’s latest thing and there is no doubt about it.
