Sling TV recently expanded itself and now it has struck a deal with Google to offer discounted Nexus players.

Sling TV is Dish Network’s Internet TV service. This service was specifically designed for cord cutters and now this service will be available on Android TV. The company announced the news this morning and now they will include discounted Nexus players.

Sling TV has already made deals with a lot of companies. Now Sling TV supports Roku, Roku TV, Amazon Fire TV, Fire TV Stick, iOS and Xbox One. It also supports Android phones and tablets plus Mac and PC desktops.

This new deal with Google will see Sling TV selling the Nexus players for a discounted 50 percent off. The users will get 50 percent off from the Nexus player if they pre pay for three months Sling TV services.

If you already own a Nexus Player, then you will be able to try Sling TV services for up to seven days. Sling TV offers alternative to a larger cable TV bundle. The Sling TV is offering a basic package that starts at just $20.

It includes ESPN, ESPN2, AMC, A&E, TNT, HISTORY, H2, TBS, Food Network, HGTV, Travel Channel, EI Rey, IFC, Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, Disney Channel, ABC Family, CNN, Bloomberg TV, Galavision and Lifetime.

Sling TV’s crowning jewel is that it is providing access to ESPN’s SportsCenter and you don’t even need to pay the TV subscription. This show is the only reason why people hold onto their cable TV subscriptions in the first place.

Sling also offers over the top services. For example you will be able to add HBO to the list of channels if you pay an extra $15 per month. Since its debut, Sling TV has been increasing its list of channels. It has brought on a number of new networks.

Its latest accomplishments include expanding to A&E Networks, AMC, EPIX, Spanish language channels and many other. Sling TV has also announced that because of its latest deal with ESPN, soccer fans will get to watch UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League.
