- Taylor Swift says Pop Stardom is Not That Hard
Taylor swift shared some interesting views when she appeared on the Radio 1 breakfast show about stardom and touring.
Taylor Swift just launched her 1989 world tour and her next stop is in Norwich. While in Norwich for her show Taylor decided to make a stop at the BBC’s Radio 1 Breakfast Show hosted by Nick Grimshaw and shared some surprising views upon pop stardom and her tour 1989.
According to Taylor stardom is not that hard and sometimes she thinks it’s not hard at all insisting and even vouching for her point. Taylor also shared the only time she feels like she has really worked hard for something is when she comes off stage after a performance.
For Taylor performing on stage is probably the best part of a tour. When Taylor walks off a stage all drenched in her sweat and her legs hurt like they are dying it gives her the satisfaction of having worked really hard.
Even watching TV after a tiring performance feels more rewarding as Taylor believes she deserves watching the two hours of TV finally at the end of a night. Taylor also shared she likes to watch the series ‘Friends’ after a show because she already knows all the lines and it’s like switching her brain off.
Taylor also revealed some of her details from touring and performing on stage. Ever wondered what does Taylor do if she forgets any lyrics? Thankfully for her the ‘Muscle Memory’ kicks in!
Taylor admitted she was very nervous on the first night of her 1989 tour which kicked off from Tokyo in May. However Taylor is happy about the fact she gets to play in large stadiums which does not take a lot of her time.
Finally Taylor Swift admitted she sometimes misses the normality of being with her friends and cats while on tour. But Taylor will never complain as she worked very hard to be where she is today and complaining would make her a jerk.
