The new Big Bang Theory season continues 45 days after the end of Season 7. This was revealed at the Comic Con in San Diego in summer. Sheldon went on a train trip out of town. Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) bring him home after all his stuff got stolen.
