Video of Police Car Ramming Suspect sparks Controversy

An Arizona Policeman took down an armed suspect with his car. A police dash-cam video chronicles the incident that took place in Feb.

A man on a day-long crime spree from Tucson to Marana gets stopped when a police car rams him off the sidewalk. The released Police dash-cam video sparks yet another Police violence discussion. The suspect survived the car crash and was released from hospital after to days to go straight to prison. 

The video shows that the Police cruiser had quite high speed before impact. The crash could have ended deadly too. The question arises if this was reasonable use of force. The suspect was clearly deranged during his crime spree. On the other hand that makes him unpredictable.

The officer ramming the suspect did not face any consequences and was back on the job after a couple days after the incident.
