What is left of One Direction appeared on the new Late Late Show with James Corden last night and Twitter lit up.
James Corden welcomed One Direction in his Late Late Show last night and it was another highlight for the new host. British James Corden took over the Late Late Show on CBS from Craig Ferguson and he has been very successful. His antics are raising a stir on social media and like Jimmy Fallon manages to have segments of his show go viral. In the short time he is hosting the Late Late Show he already welcomed big celebrities including Michael Douglas, Tom Hanks, Mila Kunis, Will Ferrell, David Beckham, Katie Couric, Dave Grohl, Christoph Waltz and Kristen Stewart.
Last night One Direction hit the show and their appearance resonated in a big way on social media. One Direction fans regularly make Tweets about their favorite band trend in the top 10. Hashtag #LateLateShowWith1D is still ranked at rank 3, hours after the show has ended.
Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson did besides the interview star in a skid playing Dodgeball.
James Corden also asked 1D the obvious question about Zayn Malik quitting One Direction in March. One Direction will though live on and the band revealed on the Late Late Show that they work on their 5th album and it will come this fall.
One Direction has been launched in 2010 and has become a global phenomenon.
Zyan Malik quit One Direction in March of 2015. He is supposed to launch a solo career.
