Thanksgiving Day 2014 is tomorrow. Retailers are getting ready to pull out all the gates and unleash all Black Friday 2014 deals online. Several online Black Friday sales have already launched or get started this evening. The majority of online Black Friday will launch at midnight and early morning Thanksgiving Day.
The only hold out I have seen this year is the Apple Store. The Apple Store Black Friday Sale starts midnight Black Friday like in past years.
2014 marks the completion of the transformation of Thanksgiving into the online Black Friday sales day. It makes a lot of sense as most consumers are at home or at their parents and have some time between football and turkey to do some online Black Friday shopping. The pro Black Friday shoppers anyway get things done before breakfast.
The hottest deals are gone close to noon on Thanksgiving Day. Rather get up early or sleep not at all and then make a nice afternoon nap before Thanksgiving dinner.
