Tons of tools coming up along with tip jars for donations
YouTube is going to a whole new level with some exciting new features which have been announced at the VidCon this year. Now the videos in the Google video wing are going to get support for clips running at 48-and-60 frames-per-second. This means that the video game footage you upload from your PS 4 or Xbox One can be viewed with the perfect display results.
YouTube is also giving you an opportunity to experience those 1080p60 game trailers in a whole new way. All you have to do is select the 1080p and you will get the higher frame rate per second to enjoy your video content. We are also looking forward to some customizable and pretty annotation cards which are soon going to make their way along with some other tools for your fans. This might sound like the most amazing thing for YouTube users; these tools will allow fans to drop in a little money for you so don’t only have to rely on the revenue from ads.
Language barrier is no longer a problem too. If most of your viewers are in Poland for instance and you don’t know Polish, that wont be a problem; foreign-language-fans can submit their own translations based on the captions or subtitles that you’ve made. YouTube is also getting its own app for Android phones; the Creator Studio which is going to give access to analytics data including real-time estimated views.
Wow, @YouTube is upgrading to allow for 60fps video. Also adding other features like a tip jar for creators, better annotations, etc.
