Ariana Grande tells All in Marie Claire Cover Interview
Ariana Grande appears on the cover of Marie Claire’s October issue. Ariane Grande debuted two albums at #1 this year. She is not without critics. Big Bang actress Mayim Bialik said in a blog post that she should cover up.
Ariana Grande was at 14 ready for the grown up music world, but that was too early. So she took a detour with a Nickelodeon career. Now at age 21 she having second hit album, she is where she wanted to be with 14.
“I was 14 years old and ready to make an R&B album,” says Grande, who collaborated with Jessie J and Nicki Minaj on the summer single “Bang Bang.” “I was like, ‘Where is that Mary J. Blige collab? Where is that Natasha Bedingfield writing session? Where is my session with India.Arie? I’m ready. Let’s go.’ I wrote this song called ‘Higher,’ and the lyrics were too sexual, too mature. And my mom was like, ‘This is a great song, but damn, you’re too young for this.'”

About the Geek Mind
The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
